Quick Questions with Camillo!
In this series of quick questions, we want you to QUICKLY (see what I did there? (o: Okay, never mind . . . . ) get to know our cast for the Shake-in-a-Day Series. This fantastically fun set of individuals will be joining us January 14th, 2017 at the Westbeth Community Arts Room (55 Bethune Street in NYC) for a one-night only Shakespeare event. Don't miss it!
Now we'd like you to meet our honest Camilo - otherwise known as Sarah Schlesinger! While you may not know Sarah by face, you have seen her work before. Sarah has been our Fight Choreographer for the past two years working on everything from Arden of Faversham, Two Gentlemen of Verona, Martyr'd Signs, Edward III, Richard II, and Henry IV. It's been awesome seeing her work and having it grow along with our company, and we are thrilled beyond belief to FINALLY have her onstage! You don't want to miss it! Only a few more days left until January 14th @ 8pm.
Q: What's your favorite activity to do in the winter?
SARAH: My favorite activity to do in the winter is to curl up with hot chocolate and a good book.
Q: What's something unique about you?
SARAH: I am unique in that I once challenged an Indian-Scotsman to a spicy food eating competition and a drinking competition, with it resulting in a tie (he won spice, I won drinks).
Q: What animal would you want your exit to be pursued by in your own Winter's Tale?
SARAH: If I were going to be chased off the stage by an animal, I would love to be pursued by a particularly gruesome, axe-wielding gerbil.
